Welcome to Moxa Tours. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with the following terms. These terms apply to all bookings made through our office, website, or authorized agents.

1. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation. A booking is considered confirmed only after:

• The receipt of the initial deposit amount (25% to 50% depending on the package).
• A confirmation voucher is issued by Moxa Tours.
• All names provided match the official ID proofs/Passports of the travelers.

2. Pricing and Payment

While we strive for accuracy, Moxa Tours reserves the right to change prices in case of:

• Sudden hike in government taxes or fuel surcharges.
• Significant currency fluctuations (for International Packages).
• Changes in airline or railway fares.

Full payment must be cleared at least 15 days prior to the departure date.

3. Documentation & Passports

For International travel, it is the traveler's responsibility to ensure:

• A valid Passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of return.
• Correct Visa information is provided. Moxa Tours assists with visas but the approval is at the sole discretion of the Embassy.
• Valid Photo ID (Aadhar Card/Voter ID) is mandatory for Domestic travel.

4. Itinerary & Service Changes

Moxa Tours reserves the right to modify the itinerary or substitute hotels of a similar category if required due to operational reasons, safety, or unforeseen circumstances. We will always try to provide services of equal or better value.

5. Liability Limitation

Moxa Tours acts as an intermediary between travelers and third-party service providers (Airlines, Hotels, Transporters). We are not liable for:

• Flight delays, cancellations, or loss of baggage.
• Injuries or losses due to natural disasters (Force Majeure).
• Personal medical emergencies during the tour.

6. Jurisdiction

In case of any legal dispute or claim, the matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Surat, Gujarat, India only.
